Our mission and vision are aimed at connecting our community with self-care that supports whole person wellness. Center 4 Self-Care is dedicated to bringing high quality wellness resources to underserved communities. The universal languages of touch, breath, and movement transcend the limitations of income inequality; language capacity; and any areas of bias, prejudice, or disability. 

 

Collaborating with Center 4 Self-Care can consist of services,

education, and/or complete wellness programs.
