Please join Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, ER-YT 500-Yoga and Qigong teacher Tanja Bungardt-Price for a workshop to understand anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD from an Ayurvedic point of view.
You will learn about some ayurvedic tools used for mind imbalances for yourself and your clients. The lecture will include specific tools and recommendations of food, herbs, aromatherapy, Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, lifestyle changes and Ayurvedic Treatments to help balance anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD followed by a one hour yoga and Qigong practice.
This workshop offers 2 CEs* for body workers, therapeutic massage therapists and yoga teachers, but everybody is welcome and can profit from learning tools to become more grounded, calm and stable.
*A $20 donation is requested for those who want to receive a Continuing Education certificate.

Looking for some gentle nourishing movement and self-care? Want to feel your best? Decrease pain? Improve mobility? Would you like to have a deeper connection with yourself and your body? This class is for you!
We will move at a slow pace and encourage you to listen and pay deep attention to your body. Each class will offer detailed guidance of gentle exercises based on the fundamentals of the Egoscue Method of Postural Alignment. You will learn simple movements and positions to support better posture which in turn, supports better overall health, including less pain. Each class can stand alone or we encourage you to attend all 4 for maximum benefit.
This method is appropriate for adults of any age, size or ability. All bodies are beautiful and amazing! (Class is held up one flight of stairs)
If you have a yoga mat, blocks, or strap, you are encouraged to bring your own. Some props provided.
