About the Event
Yomassage is an experience like no other! Each class is a deeply relaxing combination of meditation, stretching and gentle massage. This month we take inspiration from our glorious monsoon season and consider how to live like water. A focus on your breath and guided meditation settles your brain, while relaxing in restorative yoga poses and receiving massage soothes and settles your body. Dedicating this hour of your time can have a long-lasting effect on your mental health and your spirit.
No special abilities required. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. All supplies and props provided. You do not need to bring anything. wear comfortable clothing.
