Liz Sawyer

Liz Sawyer has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 and a Yomassage facilitator since 2020. After her initial training at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe, she honed her skills in a variety of settings including medical offices, spas, and her own private practice. Some of her specializations include massage cupping bodywork, Reiki, orthopedic and medical massage. She is constantly fascinated by the body in motion and at rest, and how it adapts to all the situations we encounter. She approaches her work with curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a profound respect for the body and its capabilities. She specializes in working with clients who experience chronic pain and health challenges, along with caregivers. Her deep conviction is that every body deserves kind, therapeutic, safe touch.
