Service Description

Come relax into a journey of sound & receive a Cellular Sound Attunement with Fiona Thieking in the cosmic container of Planetary Gongs, Zen Therapeutic Singing Bowls & Reiki. A unique & rejuvenating experience to align your mind, body & soul. This sound journey is designed to assist the body in achieving theta & delta brainwaves where deep cellular healing is called home. In this practice of relaxation we communicate our dreams & intentions at a cellular level so that our highest truths can be integrated & reborn. You will be sinking into deep meditation in this journey so it is important to support the body with coziness as it lies into stillness. Some recommended props are: yoga mat, bolster for under the knees, pillow, blanket (as your body temperature will drop when lower brainwaves are achieved), eye pillow, & any other physical support systems you desire. Fiona began her deep dive into healing modalities in 2016 & is traveling to you from The Outer Banks of North Carolina. She is originally from the heart of the San Juan Mountains in Colorado & is joyed to share her wisdom of wellness all over the United States. Fiona is a RYT, Reiki Master & Certified Vibrational Sound Specialist who offers cosmic sound attunements & cellular rejuvenation with Planetary Gongs & Zen Therapeutic Singing Bowls.
