About the Event
You will be sinking into deep meditation during this sound bath experience so it is important to support the body with coziness as it settles into stillness. Some recommended props are: yoga mat, bolster for under the knees, pillow, blanket (as your body temperature will drop when lower brainwaves are achieved), eye pillow, & any other physical support systems you desire.
