About the Event
Come to enjoy an experiential adventure through your chakras.
You will be guided through a chakra sound bath meditation, movement to activate, elevate and resonate your energy centers, and you will make your own chakra chart art.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
Bring anything for yourself that supports you in meditation and your favorite colored markers, pens or pencils.
