Cosmic Earth Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of meditative tones and restorative beats.  The Cosmic Earth Sound Bath experience combines the etheric sounds of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls with drum rhythms of the heart and earth.  This delivers a potent and beautiful sound healing bath that flows through your entire being.

Sound healing is a wonderful way to support health and well being.  It can promote states of deep relaxation and may calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, help relieve pain, improve energy flow and induce expansive states of consciousness.

Bring your own yoga mat and blanket for comfort.  Chairs will be available if you’re not comfortable laying on the floor.
