Crystalline Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of exquisite meditative tones and restorative frequencies. These Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are infused with gemstones and precious metals and deliver a potent and beautiful sound healing bath that flows through your entire being.

Sound healing is a wonderful way to support health and well being.  It can promote states of deep relaxation and may calm the nervous system, release stress and tension, help relieve pain, improve energy flow and induce expansive states of consciousness.

Bring your own yoga mat and blanket for comfort.  Chairs will be available if you’re not comfortable laying on the floor.
