During this yoga & sound duo, we invite the integration of oneness through postures & breath and then cozy ourselves into deep meditation in the cosmic container of Planetary Gongs, Zen Therapeutic Singing Bowls & Reiki.

The Cellular Attunement assists the body in accessing theta & delta brainwaves, where we open ourselves to intuitive & effortless healing of the body, mind & energy field. Receiving these Vibrational Codes after movement will be a deep dive into self awareness.
