About the Event
Join us for this two part interactive sound healing experience. First we'll explore the power of toning with your voice to help clear energy blocks and harmonize your field. Then enjoy deep relaxation with a meditative crystal singing bowl sound bath.
Sound healing can promote states of deep relaxation, reset the nervous system, release stress and tension, help relieve pain, clear energy blocks and induce expansive states of consciousness.
