Journey into the Heart through Self-Expression

A container to ground your nervous system, nurture your heart space, and creatively express. Taylor will lead the circle through a somatic and mindfulness exercise to build self-attunement, followed by processing through creative expression. This workshop will be led by Tylor Kinney. Taylor is an intuitive psychotherapist.

Please bring with you your chosen form of expression: journal, paint, etc. Coloring pencils and markers will be provided.
