Massage for Partners

Center 4 Self-Care is redefining how we show love on Valentine's Day (and every day).  Our Massage for Partners workshop will teach you basic massage techniques that can sustain how you show love far beyond the holiday.  This workshop is not just for romantic partners.  Spouses, siblings, friends, parents and children can benefit from the essential power of touch.

In this workshop, you and your partner will work on each other. Adrienne Asta, licensed massage therapist and co-owner of Center 4 Self-Care will walk you through foundational techniques that help promote relaxation and connection.  No need to bring anything with you but an open heart. Techniques will be delivered over clothing. After the workshop, feel free to stay and enjoy a sweet bite and an alcohol free bubbly sip to celebrate.
