Reiki I & II

Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing that helps to balance the flow of ki, or vital life force energy throughout body, mind and spirit.  It accelerates the body’s natural healing process and supports physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness.  Reiki is gentle yet powerful and can be used for self, others, animals, plants and more.  Anyone can learn to do Reiki.  These Reiki classes and attunements are offered by Kerry Cummins, Reiki Master Teacher since 1995.

Reiki I Training

In this Reiki I class, we’ll cover what Reiki is, benefits, history, how to use Reiki, self treatment protocol, Byosen scanning, hands on practice and you’ll receive the Reiki Level I attunement.  At the end of the class, participants will receive a Reiki I Certificate.

Reiki II Training

In this Reiki II class, we’ll cover the Five Reiki Principles, the three Reiki Level II healing symbols, distance healing methods, protocol for giving Reiki treatment to others, self development exercises for energy clearing and strengthening, hands on practice and you’ll receive the Reiki Level II attunement.  At the end of the class, participants will receive a Reiki II Practitioner Certificate.
