Center 4 Self-Care welcomes Fiona Thieking & Shree Fulcher to host an array of high-vibrational practices that align us with our deepest truths & inspire expanded consciousness. We invite you to sink into this container where you will experience: initiation & intention, Cacao Ceremony, Intuitive Flow Yoga, deep meditation, Sound Journey & Reiki.

Cacao & Slow Flow:

Held in the arms of Mother Cacao, we sink into a heart opening ceremony to connect with our highest expression & deepen self love. Cacao is ceremonial grade chocolate from Peru & she invokes an expanded heart center — with open hearts we will mindfully move, breathe & feel.. rejuvenating ourselves & connecting to the wisdom of earth.

Wind Down with Sound:

A deeply intentional, co-taught class filled with what Shree & Fiona believe to be “what makes the perfect yoga practice”. You will be serenaded by Vibrational Sound healing throughout the practice as we invoke gentle movement, restorative postures & pranayama, to prepare the body for a deep meditation called Yoga Nidra.

Sound Journey with  Reiki:

A unique & rejuvenating experience to align your mind, body & soul. This sound journey is designed to assist the body in achieving theta & delta brainwaves where deep cellular healing is called home. Come relax into a journey of sound with Fiona in the cosmic container of Planetary Gongs & Zen Therapeutic Singing Bowls — this is an extra special opportunity where you will also receive hands on Reiki with Shree during your meditation.

During this weekend, if you are looking to dive even deeper & get a little extra TLC, there are opportunities to book one-on-one sessions with Fiona & the Center 4 Self-Care team.

The Cellular Sound Attunement is a relaxing sound healing session that guides the body into theta & delta brain waves where deep cellular healing & homeostasis occurs. This treatment supports overall wellness through the offering of on-body Zen Therapeutic Bowls & Reiki while you are wrapped in the “gong cage” — a unique experience of physical, mental & spiritual healing through vibrational sound medicine.
