About the Event
This event will be facilitated by Veronica Ke-a LMT, SBWP
Veronica will lead you through a Somatic Release Breathwork experience and provide support as you process what may come up. Somatic Release Breathwork is an eyes closed inward journey that uses the power of your breath, along with rhythmic music to help you release stored expressions and emotions. You may experience a flood of sensations being released; sometimes this can be expressed through laughing, crying, shaking, and/or yelling. This workshop is designed to help you release suppressed emotions and let go of traumas that no longer serve you. Somatic Breathwork is an experience that you will never forget. This deep and beautiful workshop will end with a celebratory Cacao Ceremony to open your heart to the journey ahead of you.
