Sound Healing Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how to work with gemstone infused crystal singing bowls combined with the natural healing tones of your own voice to support health and well being of body, mind and soul.

Sound healing can promote states of deep relaxation, reset the nervous system, release stress and tension, help relieve pain, clear energy blocks and induce expansive states of consciousness.

In this special hands-on sound healing immersion you’ll be working with the beautiful high frequencies of Crystal Tones Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.  Class size will be small to allow for plenty of individual guidance and support.  Bowls will be available for purchase after the workshop
