Spring Celebration Circle: Having the Courage to Grow

Just like the seeds that reach out from their centers to sprout into the earth and grow, we have the opportunity to send intentions out into the world from our hearts. Growth takes courage, love and tending, and the spring season supports us with its beautiful budding energy.

In this circle we will gather together in community to welcome spring with nourishing self-care practices and intention-setting. We will look at what it means to have and practice courage, and take the opportunity to really tune in with what needs tending this season.

Bring your favorite journal, any sacred items that might support your experience and whatever you might need for your comfort (mat, pillows, blankets, etc).
