Veterans Day Wellness Event

This Veterans Day, Center 4 Self-Care is proud to host a free event honoring and benefitting veterans in our community. Our heart-centered volunteers and skilled practitioners will be on hand to provide a variety of wellness services. This will be a drop-in community clinic setting, no appointments needed. We will also be accepting donations to benefit local non profit organizations directly serving veterans. This event will be a safe and welcoming space to provide resources and services for reducing physical & emotional stress and encouraging relaxation & wellbeing. Offerings will include Massage, Reflexology, Energy & Sound Healing, Ayurvedic treatments, Mindful Movement practices, and more! Please join us at Center 4 Self-Care on Veterans Day 11/11/23 from 12-5pm for this special event. Bring your friends, family and supporters!
