Wellness Wednesday - For the Love of Laughter

Hosted by Sara Thompson and Mike Vietinghoff . They will lead the group in a series of exercises that improvisers use as tools to create games and scenes on the fly. These techniques can be directly and immediately applied to everyday life to increase communication with those you love. 

Whether or not you are familiar with the ways of Improv, bring your curiosity and willingness to this unique opportunity For the Love of Laughter!

Participation is encouraged but not required.

Sara and Mike have been studying and performing improv together and separately for over 18 years. They perform as the Improv Duo 'Third Time's The Charm' at Unscrewed Theater’s Show ‘The Backyard’ which they also produce. They believe that the tenets of improv, when applied to our personal lives, has the ability to deepen everyday relationships.
