Winter Solstice Gathering | Make Your Own Sacred Prayer Ties

Setting your intentions is a powerful practice and Winter Solstice is the perfect time for it.

In this gathering, we’ll start with a guided meditation to receive intentions ready to come through and then make our prayer ties using dried flowers, locally gathered plants, aromatics and flower essences.  You’ll create your own special herbal blend and make a strand of seven prayer ties to take home with you.  They’ll be infused with your intentions and blessed by ancient songs carrying energies of the Moon and Grandmothers.

Traditionally these are hung up somewhere outside during the coming year so the wind and elements can carry your intentions and prayers out to the world to be answered.  They also look great hung up as an inside decoration.
