YoMassage

Yomassage: Finding the Peace Within. 

This will be a chance to reunite the mind, body, and spirit. Together we will slow down, reconnect to ourselves, and listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us. We will use supported rest poses, Reiki, aromatherapy, and breathwork to give ourselves a respite from the hectic pace of our everyday lives. 

Yomassage combines therapeutic touch, guided meditation, and gentle stretching poses to bring about a deep sense of calm and well-being.
