About the Event

The “Yo” in Yomassage is based on the principles of yoga: focus on the breath and the yogic philosophy of looking within. Each session combines guided meditation, breath work, and restorative positions enhanced with therapeutic touch from a Licensed Massage Therapist.

No special abilities required. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. All supplies and props provided. You do not need to bring anything. wear comfortable clothing.
