Yomassage combines therapeutic touch, guided meditation, and gentle stretching poses to bring about a deep sense of calm and well-being.Â
No special abilities required. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. All supplies and props provided. You do not need to bring anything. wear comfortable clothing.
